Picadillo de Vainicas (Green Beans Picadillo)

• Green Beans1 lb
• Flank Steak2 cups
• Onion1/2 cup
• Pepper1/2 cup
• Garlic3 cloves
• Thyme1 tsp
• Salt1 tsp
• Black Pepper1/2 tsp
• Water1/2 cup

# Cách làm

1. In a medium-size pot over medium heat add some olive oil, onions, pepper, and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
2. In the meantime, finely chopped the green beans.
3. Add to the pot, the shredded meat, green beans, thyme, salt and pepper, and mix well. Add the water, cover and cook for 15 minutes, uncover and cook for 5 more minutes or until the green beans are soft.
